Delivery & returns
What are the delivery times?
We ship your orders within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Then, expect 5 to 7 business days to receive your package (in mainland France).
- Free for purchases over 150 €
- 10 € for any order under 150 €
Can I return a product?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if a product arrives damaged or if an error has occurred in your order, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will find a solution together (replacement or refund as applicable).
What to do if my order arrives incomplete or damaged?
Take photos of the package and products upon receipt, then send them to atelierptcg@hotmail.com with your order number. We will intervene quickly to correct the issue.

How to place an order?
It's simple: add your items to the cart, proceed to secure payment, and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?
Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard…) as well as PayPal. All payments are secure.
I did not receive my confirmation email: what to do?
Check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your name and email address, and we will check the status of your order for you.
Products & stocks
Are the cards authentic?
Yes, all our cards are 100 % authentic. We work directly with official suppliers in Japan and China to guarantee their originality and quality.
Are your products in stock or available for pre-order?
The products marked as “in stock” are available immediately and shipped quickly.
The items on preorder are clearly indicated with an estimated release date — you will receive your product as soon as it is available, with the same level of service.
