At Atelier PTCG, we know how exciting it is to wait for your new Pokémon cards. That's why we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives quickly and in the best condition.

Processing times

Each order is carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. We check the quality, pack your cards with protection, and hand over the package to our delivery partners.

Shipping fees

• Free shipping for orders over 150 €.

• For any order under 150 €, the shipping fees are 10 €.

These fees cover secure packaging and shipping with a reliable carrier to ensure the safety of your cards.

Delivery times

Once shipped, your order generally arrives within 5 to 7 business days.
These times may vary slightly depending on peak periods (for example during holidays or special Pokémon releases) or in case of delays beyond our control on the carrier's side.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can easily track the delivery of your package.
