At Atelier PTCG, we take quality very seriously. Each card is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure you receive a compliant product.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind or personal preference. Indeed, Pokémon cards are collectible items, sensitive to condition and authenticity, and we must guarantee all our customers new and intact products.
Damaged products or order error
If you receive a damaged card during transport or if an error has slipped into your order, don't worry!
You just need to contact us within 7 days of receipt via the contact page with a photo of the problem. We will quickly find a suitable solution: replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
